At The Organised Nest Co., we want you to love every purchase. If you have any questions before placing an order, we're always happy to help.

  • We offer a 14-day change of mind return for eligible physical products.

    To qualify for a return, items must:

    • Be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • Be unused, unopened and in their original packaging and condition.

    • Include proof of purchase.

    • Be returned at the customer's expense.

    Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be issued with a full refund at the value of the purchase.

  • If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

    Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will happily provide:

    • a replacement product where available, or

    • a full refund if a replacement cannot be provided.

    This policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Items sold as seconds, clearance or marked-down due to cosmetic imperfections are sold as described.

    Unless required under Australian Consumer Law, we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds on these products.

  • Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all sales of digital products are final.

    We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for:

    • Digital planners

    • Templates

    • Spreadsheets

    • Printable products

    • Digital journals

    • Any other downloadable files

    If you experience any issues accessing your files or believe you have received the wrong product, please contact us and we'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

    You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund where required by law.
