Processing & Dispatch

Pre-Orders

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available.

Estimated arrival or release dates can be found on the individual pre-order product pages.

If you'd like your in-stock items to arrive sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for pre-order items.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping fees.

After your purchase is complete, you'll receive access to download your digital files via the email address provided at checkout.
